The first step in our home removal process is conducting a thorough property survey. This can be scheduled at your convenience and is performed by one of our experienced surveyors. During the visit, we'll assess the volume and types of items you need moved, including any items that require special handling, like pianos or antique furniture. We also use this opportunity to identify any potential challenges such as narrow staircases, limited access, or the need for special equipment. You’ll receive a detailed report post-survey, outlining everything discussed, including any recommendations or special arrangements that might be necessary.

Following the property survey, we’ll create a customised moving plan. This plan includes a
detailed timeline of the moving process, starting with packing days and ending with the final
delivery of items to your new home. We consider your scheduling needs, budget, and any special requirements discussed during the survey. Our goal is to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
Your personalised plan also outlines the resources we will deploy, such as the number of movers, size and number of vehicles, along with any special equipment needed for your move. We ensure that every aspect of the plan is approved by you, giving you full control over how your belongings are handled.
Stage 2: Customised Planning
Objective: Securely pack your belongings using high-quality materials and expert techniques.
A few days before the move, our professional packing team arrives at your home, equipped with high-quality packing materials to secure your belongings. We offer full packing services that includes everything from books and clothes to delicate items such as glassware and art. Our teams are trained to ensure that each item is packed securely, using the right materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
If you prefer to pack some or all of your items yourself, we can supply the necessary packing
materials well in advance and provide helpful tips to ensure everything is ready to go on moving day. We also prepare an inventory of all items, which helps track everything throughout the moving process, providing additional security and peace of mind.
Stage 3: Packing and Preparation

Objective: Efficiently and safely transport your belongings to your new home.
On moving day, our experienced crew will load your packed belongings into our clean and well maintained removal vans. Each item is carefully placed and secured to prevent movement and potential damage during transport. We pride ourselves on punctuality and efficiency, ensuring that we stick to the planned schedule as closely as possible.

Upon arrival at your new home, our team will lay floor protection or wear shoe protectors to
ensure that your new flooring/carpets are well protected. We’ll handle the unloading and
placement of your items according to your floor plan. Our team will place all furniture and boxes in the designated rooms, and if included in your plan, we will also take care of reassembling any furniture we disassembled prior to transport. Our aim is to make the transition to your new home as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
Objective: Ensure complete satisfaction and address any remaining details.
After the move is completed, our service doesn’t just stop. We provide post-move support to
ensure everything is to your satisfaction. If there are any issues or if additional help is needed with unpacking or setting up, our team is ready to assist. We also welcome feedback, as it helps us improve our services and ensure your expectations are met in the future.
In the days following the move, we’ll check in with you to ensure that everything has been completed to your satisfaction and to address any concerns you may have. Our commitment to service excellence means we’re with you every step of the way, even after the boxes are
